In BA we spent 11 days. The hostel Millhouse where we lived offered also a "communication room" where we met travelers from all over the world and from whom we have gotten advices for our upcoming Peru and Brazilian trip. It was also great to enjoy there, after NZ cheap beer. Unfortunately this room was also sometimes the reason for sleepless nights, because it was under our room and open till 2am.
On the second day I signed up for a one week Spanish course and Julian took tango lessons. In the evening and on weekends we walked around trough the different districts. (About the different districts I will describe below more).
Once we booked a Tango show inclusive dinner and before this event I had also the chance to make first "tango steps".
On an bicycle tour with guide a learned more about the different districts and history.
On the two weekends the main streets were always closed once for a demonstration where also bottles and other things flew around. On the last weekend there was a car race.
