Arrived in Hanoi we booked a 3 day tour, which brought us out of the city to the countryside. One day we slept there in the house of an fisherman on an island, the second day we lived on a boat, which was swimming around at Ha Long Bay.
Ha Long Bay is famous since it has become one of the seven natural wonders of the world. Other activities have done, were biking, canoeing, walking and visiting a floating village. Pity was only that the weather was too cold for swimming.
After this trips we spent another 2 days in Hanoi. Hanoi is during the day a hectic and extreme loud, people are sitting everywhere around on the pedestrian walks and are eating, on the streets there are thousands of mopeds which are honking continuously. But in the evening after around 10 pm the town is like a ghost city and you hardly can find a store to buy water.
